Yoga practitioner

A tireless backpacker, life took me to India 10 years ago and the seed of yoga germinated in my heart. Joy, honesty and naturalness are my values and I work to transmit them daily through yoga, which today is my passion. My purpose in life is to share them with the world in order to live a more conscious, healthy and happy life.
Yoga came into my life by surprise, without looking for it. In 2012, when I was 21 years old, I travelled to India. At that time I had already finished my studies in hospitality and tourism and I had already spent half a year in Rodos (Greek island) working in a resort, but I wanted to travel more. My friend Marta had been to India in 2011 and she was telling me about her experience while I was telling her about mine on the island... I was so amazed that I told her: "If you come back to India this year, I'll join you", and as luck would have it, they repeated the trip in the summer of 2012, and of course, I joined them.
I took the plunge without hesitation, we volunteered at the Mother Teresa House in Calcutta, and there and then my luck took me to an orphanage called Daya Dan where I discovered for the first time what yoga, mantras and meditation were, among other things. From India I went to Nepal and spent some time volunteering for Edventure Nepal (Pokhara) rescuing homeless children from the streets, and taking the opportunity to visit Buddhist sites and temples in the area.
I liked this culture so much that I continued to travel around Southeast Asia in the following years, but it was upon returning to my hometown in 2017 when I started my stable yoga practice with Sasha Masiello, she discovered me the ashtanga vinyasa yoga method which I loved and continue to practice regularly to this day. Life had more surprises for me and soon after I continued to travel, this time to stay and live in Mexico, where I met another powerful woman, my teacher Grisel. From her hand I was able to deepen my Hatha yoga practice and thanks to her inspiring energy I discovered that I wanted to continue transmitting all that learning to the world, so I decided to train as a Hatha yoga teacher (600h).
In 2020, as a result of the global pandemic we are living, I saw the need of people to know other ways to holistic health, so I trained in natural medicine and aromatherapy (80h) and since then I always try to combine yoga and alternative medicine in my classes, workshops and yoga retreats, I use aromatherapy a lot, especially aromatherapy.
