Terpenes are the secondary metabolites that give the organoleptic characteristics (aroma and taste) of plants and constitute the major part of the essential oil produced by aromatic plants.
Flavonoids
Cannaflavin type A is pharmacologically active against inflammation. Don't try to look for it in isolation (what's the point of that?) because you will usually find it in almost any variety. The B and C forms of cannaflavin seem to have some medicinal properties as well, but there have not been enough studies on this.
