Return policy

You have 14 days to return your order under our 14 day return period policy, which starts the day after you receive the item. All items must be returned unused and unopened and in the original packaging as they were when you received them.
For a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition in which you received it, and the return must be justified (i.e. the postal box arrives with damage or suspected spillage of the products. It must also be in the original packaging, even if the box is defective).
To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not guarantee that your return will be effective, it depends on the case, because if the product does not show any damage in its box or bottle and the reasons for the return are beyond the control of Dermo Biotech SL and the condition of the products, we do not guarantee that the return is plausible.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Overdue or missing reimbursements

If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.

Items on offer

Only regular priced items that are damaged or altered can be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items that arrive correctly cannot be refunded.

Changes

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@bovehealth and send your product to: Calle Santa Rosa, 10, 8 Valencia.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and sent directly to them, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift sent the order to itself for delivery to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift and it will know about your return.

Sending

To return your product, you must send it by post to: Calle Santa Rosa 10, Puerta 8. Valencia.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are sending an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You will also agree to our courier Terms of Service when you agree to ours. This includes, but is not limited to, their common practices, what the courier does when they cannot deliver directly to you.
