Mode of use:

Hemp essential oil has relaxing and de-stressing properties in air diffusion. You can therefore diffuse a few drops in your room, about 15 minutes before going to bed, to facilitate sleep.

Types of terpenes:

  1. Myrcene:

Function: Myrcene is one of the most common terpenes in cannabis and is believed to be responsible for the earthy aroma and herbal notes. It is also known to have sedative and relaxing properties.
