Return Policy
You have 14 days to return your order under our 14-day return period policy, which begins the day after you receive the item. All items must be returned unused and unopened and in the original packaging as they were when you received them.

Sale items
Only regular priced items that are damaged or altered can be refunded, unfortunately sale items and items that arrive correctly cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and sent directly to them, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or if the gift shipped the order to itself for delivery to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift and it will learn of your return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
